Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, display name, password credentials handled through Firebase Authentication, Google sign-in details if you choose Google sign-in, and any message you send to us.

When you use SellerTorch, we also process keyword searches, account identifiers, session cookie data, basic request details such as IP address for rate limiting, and subscription metadata such as where an email signup came from.

• Provide keyword research results and keep the dashboard working.
• Send product updates or field notes when you subscribe.
• Prevent abuse, debug errors, rate-limit requests, and improve reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.

SellerTorch uses service providers to run the product, including Firebase for authentication and database services, MailerLite for email subscription delivery, Upstash Redis for rate limiting when configured, Vercel or similar hosting infrastructure, and external keyword data providers used to return TPT search suggestions.

We use an HTTP-only session cookie named __session to keep signed-in users authenticated. The cookie is set after sign-in, expires after a limited period, and is cleared when you sign out.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate SellerTorch, when required to comply with law or protect rights and security, or with your direction.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide SellerTorch, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with an account. Some requests may require identity verification and some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and business purposes.

SellerTorch is built for adults who create and sell educational resources. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as SellerTorch changes. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect. Material updates may also be announced in the product or by email.
