Terms of Service

SellerTorch provides keyword research tools and related content for teachers and educational resource creators. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass SellerTorch security.
• Do not scrape, resell, or bulk export the service beyond normal product use.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Do not use SellerTorch to violate marketplace rules or third-party rights.

Keyword metrics, scores, difficulty labels, and suggestions are research aids. They are not guarantees of sales, ranking, traffic, revenue, or marketplace approval. You are responsible for your product, listing, and business decisions.

SellerTorch, including its interface, code, branding, scoring logic, and content, is owned by SellerTorch or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of content you provide to us, such as support messages and account information.

SellerTorch depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, email delivery, data storage, rate limiting, and keyword data. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features. We work to keep the product reliable, but SellerTorch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SellerTorch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using SellerTorch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
